In the early 1930’s, our Mom and Dad, Michael and Bruna began learning the car business from the ground up working at a local car dealership. Soon they began to envision owning their own place-a place where they could create honesty, integrity, and value as the foundation for this dealership. In 1955 they got that opportunity with a FORD franchise in Woodbine, New Jersey. Gentilini Family Ford began in 1955 with Mom and Dad and 3 other employees. After building a successful business with a great reputation for service, price, and dependability Michael and Bruna retired in the mid 1970’s, passing their role to the next Generation of Gentilini’s: Wayne, Don, Michael, and Arlene. In 1963 Gentilini Family Ford won their first distinguished achievement award and since 1979, have won the coveted Chairman’s Award or the equivalent every year.

The third generation of Gentilini’s now play an important role in the operation of our new State of the Art facility, which opened in November of 1998. Employing over 60 employees, 10 of them being family members.
